Donation terms
These terms are the public offer of the NGO “Lviv Children's Center for Help and Development” for charitable donations made through lchad.center. By making a donation you confirm that you have read and fully accept them.

1. Parties
The recipient of donations is the Non-Governmental Organization “Lviv Children's Center for Help and Development” (the Center), EDRPOU code 44900870, address: 10 Sofii Karaffy-Korbut St., Lviv, Ukraine.
The Donor is a natural or legal person who voluntarily transfers funds to the Center through the website, by bank transfer or in another way listed on the Support page.
2. Subject
A donation is a voluntary and gratuitous contribution of funds to the Center's statutory activities: supporting children and families in difficult life circumstances, including activities and clubs, camps, learning, psychological and individual support, help for families, and maintaining the premises where the Center meets the children.
A donation is not a payment for goods or services. The Center assumes no counter-obligations to the Donor other than using the funds in accordance with these terms and its charter.
3. Purpose and reallocation
The Donor may indicate a project or fundraiser to which the donation is directed. The Center makes every effort to use the funds for the stated purpose.
By making a donation, the Donor agrees that the Center may direct it to other projects or statutory activities if:
- the fundraiser the donation was made to is already closed or completed;
- the need for which the fundraiser was announced has been met or is no longer relevant;
- more funds have been raised than needed for the purpose of the fundraiser;
- using the funds for the stated purpose is impossible for reasons beyond the Center's control.
4. Non-refundable donations
A donation is voluntary and irrevocable. By making it, the Donor agrees that the donated amount is not subject to refund.
If a payment was made by mistake (for example, a wrong amount or a double charge), write to us within 14 days of the payment date at Lchadcenter@gmail.com. We will consider each such request individually.
5. Recurring donations
By setting up a monthly donation, the Donor agrees to the automatic monthly charge of the chosen amount to their card until cancellation.
A recurring donation can be cancelled at any time by writing to us on Telegram or by e-mail. Amounts charged before cancellation are not refunded.
6. Payments and personal data
Online payments are processed by the LiqPay payment service (JSC CB “PrivatBank”). The Center does not receive or store bank card data.
The Center processes the Donor's personal data (name, contact details, amount and date of the donation) only for accounting of donations, reporting and communication with the Donor, in accordance with Ukrainian personal data protection law. Data is not shared with third parties except as required by law.
7. Reporting
The Center publishes annual reports on the use of funds on the Reports page. We answer any question about the use of a donation personally.
8. Changes to the terms
The Center may change these terms. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the update. The version in force at the time of the donation applies to it.
